The Core Fascia Program is a specialized training concept designed to strengthen and stabilize the core while engaging the fascia. Through controlled, functional exercises, deep muscle groups that are crucial for posture, balance, and power transfer are activated. At the same time, the fascial structures are mobilized and made more elastic.
The goal is to create a stable yet flexible foundation that supports the entire body and prevents injuries. A strong core improves body control, relieves strain on the back, and optimizes the execution of all other movements.
This program forms the foundation for all other training offerings and is particularly recommended before undertaking more intensive or specialized programs.
